Frequently Asked Questions (faq's)


Do you sell locks?

No, we provide cylinder locks for our storage units.  Cylinder locks provide higher security than traditional locks.  They can not be cut or drilled out.

Is there insurance on my unit?

We do not insure stored items.  In many cases a homeowners’ insurance policy may cover stored goods. We suggest that you check with your own insurance company.  We do have brochures that offer insurance through TenantOne Customer Storage Insurance.  Up to $ 40,000 worth of coverage can be purchased without pre-approval.  If you have any questions, please contact them directly at 1.800.544.6464.

Do I have to sign a lengthy contract?

No.  We offer month-to-month  rental agreements that automatically renews each month until you vacate.  Rent for as long or as little as you want.

Is there a security deposit?

We have a lock key/security deposit. The lock key / security deposit is refundable provided the cylinder lock and key has been returned, the unit is empty and has not been damaged, the unit is left in broom-clean condition and proper notice has been given.

Can I get to my stored items any time?

You have access to your stored items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  However, if you are late with rent, gate and unit access will be denied until rent is current.
